2025 Annual Meeting — Full Event Production

Served as the lead creative and technical director for the Surplus Lines Association's 2025 Annual Meeting — the organization's first ever sold-out event, with over 300 attendees.

My role — Edited, and motion designed the opening "All In" video from start to finish — Designed and produced all LED wall video assets displayed throughout the event — Directed the full flow of the show and built the event atmosphere in collaboration with the AV vendor — Oversaw all livestream and recording operations — Led production design across the full show

Results — 300+ attendees — first sold-out annual meeting in the organization's history — Overwhelmingly positive attendee feedback, with production quality cited as a standout — The "All In" opening video resonated so strongly that the CEO greenlit it as a full marketing campaign
